TURNAROUND TIMES
It takes around 2-4 weeks for you to receive your order. This is due to a number of reasons
1) Cases are purchased after your order is placed which takes 2/3 days to arrive with me. Once crystallised, it is left to dry for 72 hours.
2) Depending on how busy I am, I may not start your order for another few days. Always feel to message for updates though, I’m happy to keep you updated at all times!
For custom orders, the turnaround may be a little longer! This depends on how big the item is and the design requested.
HOW DO I PICK THE COLOUR FOR MY ITEM?
On each product page there is an option to select the most popular colours. If you don’t see the colour you want or want to mix two colours, there is a notes section when checking out where you can add this information. This is the same if you want to add pearls, initials or a bow embellishment. If there are any problems with the design, we will email you. If you’re on Instagram, please leave us your IG holder and we’ll DM you!
WILL THE RHINESTONES FALL OFF?
All rhinestones are placed one by one, by hand. The glues that are used are specifically for rhinestones and plastics. As long as you do not pick, harshly drop or knock your case the rhinestones will not fall off. A small bag of spare rhinestones are placed with each order. However, if you do damage your case within the first month, we can offer a free repair service where the customer only has to purchase for postage.
CAN WE COLLABORATE?
We do participate in social media collaborations with either celebrities, social media influencers or people with a large following. Please message through Instagram for collaboration requests!
